What materials are used?
Materials vary by item and include cotton, cotton-linen blends, wood, bamboo, glass, stoneware, silicone and stainless steel. Read the individual product page for the composition and included components.
How do I choose the right item?
Compare the listed dimensions and set contents with your needs. Apron measurements exclude ties or straps where stated. Each listing shows the offered configuration.
How should I care for kitchen products?
Follow each product’s supplied care and use instructions. Do not soak wood or bamboo or expose them to direct heat. Avoid sudden temperature changes with ceramics. Confirm the supplied temperature limits before heating bakeware. Textiles are not protective safety equipment.
Where do you ship and what does it cost?
We ship free to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C., excluding territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
How long does delivery take?
Handling is 1–2 business days and transit after dispatch is an estimated 3–4 business days, for 4–6 business days in total from the applicable start day. Cutoff is fixed at 7 PM UTC−06:00, Monday–Friday excluding U.S. federal holidays. At or after cutoff, weekends and holidays move the start to the next business day.
Can I return an item?
Request authorization within 30 days of receipt. Change-of-mind items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition and packaging; return sets complete. Returns go to our address in France. You cover change-of-mind shipping; we cover returns for damage, defects or our errors. No restocking fee applies.
When will an approved refund arrive?
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment account within 10 calendar days.
